15 24-hour in-house shifts per month required
Average 23 admissions, 12 consults, and 54 follow-ups monthly
Inpatient hospital position with 213 total patient encounters monthly
Patient demographics: 93% ages 18-35, 35% ages 36-59
Surgical procedures include C-sections, hysterectomies, D&Cs
Additional procedures: colposcopies and hysteroscopies required
EMR: EPIC
Payer mix: 45% commercial, 37% Medicaid, 14% Medicare
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
